§ THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. ARNOLD MORLEY,) Nottingham, E.The plans of the new post office at Newbury have been approved, and I learn from the First Commissioner of Works that tenders will be invited in about a month's time. It is expected that the building will be begun in about three months.
