§ MR. J. PARKER SMITHI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether, in view of the limited period during which discussion of the Education Code is possible under the Rules of the House, he will undertake not to present that Code to the House until it is ready for circulation to Members?
§ SIR G. O. TREVELYANAt the same time that the Code is presented it will be placed in the hands of the Officers of the House for distribution. The arrangements for this cannot be made until it appears in the Votes, but not more than three or four days ought to elapse before distribution.
