§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (MR. J. B. BALFOUR,) Clackmannan and KinrossI think it will be desirable that some Amendments should be made on this Bill, and I am in communication with my hon. Friend the Member for the St. Rollox Division, who is in charge of the Bill, and my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Dumfriesshire, who has put certain Amendments on the Paper, with a view to arranging as to the Amendments which should be proposed for the consideration of the Committee.
