§ *SIR F. DIXON-HARTLAND (Middlesex, Uxbridge)said, he had intended to oppose the Bill on behalf of the Conservators of the River Thames, but, a clause having been inserted which met their views, he begged to withdraw his Motion to reject the Bill.
