O'CONNORI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will lay upon the Table a copy of the Report of the proceedings at the inquiry directed by him into the administration of St. John's Industrial School, Walthamstow, and of the Report of the Inspector thereon, together with the terms of any decision arrived at by the Home Secretary with reference to it?
