I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government of New South Wales have agreed to the form of arbitration in the Costa Rica Packet case settled between Her Majesty's Government and that of The Netherlands?

The Government of New South Wales has accepted arbitration in the Costa Rica Packet case, and Her Majesty's Government are now in communication with the Colonial Government as to the exact form of the arbitration.
