§ THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Mr. SYDNEY BUXTON, Tower Hamlets, Poplar)The Government of New South Wales has accepted arbitration in the Costa Rica Packet case, and Her Majesty's Government are now in communication with the Colonial Government as to the exact form of the arbitration.
