§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI think I cannot do better than repeat the answer I have already given to an hon. Member on this side of the House, who asked a similar question with regard to England—namely, that it is impossible that the Committee which was suggested should be appointed during the present Session in time to do any efficient work. The question will be considered by the Government during the Recess.
