§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI am afraid I cannot give any pledge with regard to Class V. at the present time. I will consult with my right hon. Friend the Secretary to the Treasury, as to whether a general arrangement can be made, and, as I have said before, I will endeavour to suit the general convenience of the House, but more than that I cannot say at present.
