§ MR. CHAPLINI caused a letter to be addressed to the Commissioners on August 13th, in which they were informed that the Board were strongly impressed with the urgent importance of the final report being made at as early a date as possible. I am informed that the Royal Commission are now preparing their final report, which will be presented at the earliest possible moment, but I regret that I am unable to give any more definite information.
