DOOGANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, if his attention has been called to the fact that dissatisfaction exists in Ireland owing to the working of Section 7 of the Land Law (Ireland) Act, 1887; and whether, in the promised Bill for the amendment of the Irish Land Acts, he proposes to repeal that clause?
