MR. GRANT LAWSON (York, N. R., Thirsk)asked the President of the Board 125 of Trade to say definitely that the Light Railways Bill would not be taken that night.
§ MR. BRYCEreplied that if any serious objection, were taken, on the ground that the Bill had not been properly considered in the country, it would not be proceeded with that night.
