asked when the Bill for the provision of light railways would be introduced?

MR. BRYCE

said, that he was waiting anxiously for an opportunity to introduce the Bill. He would take advantage of the first opportunity that presented itself.

MR. J. A. BRIGHT

said, that perhaps he might ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he could not provide time for the purpose?
