LOWTHERI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what are the rates of Customs Duty now levied by the Niger Company in the deltaic region south of Asaba, and in their territory north of Asaba, upon spirits, salt, tobacco, and war material; and whether all other goods are admitted into both regions without any Customs Duty being levied upon them?
