§ MR. BRYCEMy right hon. Friend the Vice President has asked me to answer this question. In reply to my hon. Friend, I have to say that the Secondary Education Commissioners, after very careful consideration, unanimously decided that in the interests of the inquiry wherewith they are charged it was better that the evidence should not be issued till it appeared all together along with their Report.
