CAMPBELL-BANNERMANYes, Sir; a Report on this subject has been received from India, and after a full consideration of this case I have come to the conclusion that the rights of soldiers have not been in any way jeopardised by the manner in which evidence was received by this Court Martial. I shall be glad to further explain the matter to the hon. Member.
