§ THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Sir J. T. HIBBERT, Oldham)I am afraid that the Treasury has no means of preparing such a Return. If, 350 as is possible, my hon. Friend refers to expenditure upon Commissions, &c., defrayed by the Government of India, I can only suggest that perhaps the Secretary of State for India could give him the information required.
