§ MR. GILHOOLYI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will take action to compel the owner to remove the ice hulk in Castletown Berehaven Harbour, which is an obstruction to the fishing industry?
MR. J. MORLEYI have no power to compel the owner to remove this ice hulk; but I am in communication with the Grand Jury for the County of Cork on the subject, as I am not quite certain whether they have not some power in the matter.
