GILHOOLY (Cork Co., W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether representations have reached him that the want of a suitable pier at Baltimore is a great impediment to the fishing industry; whether an engineer from the Congested Districts Board recently visited Baltimore and reported as to its necessity; and whether immediate steps will be taken by the Congested Districts Board to have it erected?
