I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government have now come to a decision in regard to the affairs of Uganda: whether he can state what that decision is; whether further Papers can be presented on the subject; and whether he can intimate any likely date when time can be allotted for the consideration of the question in this House?

At the same time, I will ask the hon. Gentleman if the Papers relating to Uganda are ready for distribution: and if he will endeavour to procure their issue without further delay?
