FLETCHER (Sussex, Lewes)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War how many ranges are now available for troops armed, and about to be armed, with the Lee-Metford rifle, and to specify the places in each military division in the United Kingdom; and what number of targets can be used at the said ranges?
