HC Deb 16 September 1893 vol 17 c1406
MR. FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick's)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether anything has been done to raise the rate of wages in the Ordnance Department of Dublin proportionately to that paid in other places?

THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE WAR OFFICE (Mr. WOODALL,) Hanley

It is intended to make some improvement in the position of the labourers employed in the Ordnance Stores, Dublin. I shall be glad if my hon. Friend repeats the question next Thursday.
