GREY,) Northumberland, BerwickReports have been received, and those which have already been considered by Her Majesty's Government will shortly be laid upon the Table of the House; but I may remind the hon. Member that, in view of the fact that Sir Gerald Portal is still in Uganda, no Report hitherto received from him can be considered as final.
