§ * THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA (Mr. GEORGE RUSSELL,) North Beds.The promoters of the Antwerp Exhibition are in direct communication with the Government of India, and that Government have advertised the fact that the Exhibition is going to be held. The Secretary of State has not heard that any assistance has been asked for by intending exhibitors in India.
