§ * SIR E. GREYAn inquiry was opened in May last before the Marine Court of Hamburg into a collision between the German ship Thekla and a fishing steamer, supposed to be the Dogger Bank. Her Majesty's Embassy at Berlin was recently instructed to report what steps have since been taken by the Court, but the reply has not yet been received.
