HC Deb 04 May 1893 vol 12 c50
MR. T. W. RUSSELL

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland when he proposes to place upon the Notice Paper the clauses rendering the Registration of Electors Bill applicable to Ireland; and why, as in the case of Scotland, a separate Bill has not been introduced?

*MR. J. MORLEY

I can only say that ample notice will be given before the House is asked to consider the clauses. As to the last part of the question, I do not know of any reason except want of time.
