LOWTHER (Kent, Thanet)I beg to give notice that on the Vote on Account I shall call the attention of the House to the continued neglect of Her Majesty's Government to carry into effect the unanimous resolution arrived at by the Royal Commission upon Telegraphic Communications with Lighthouses and Lightships, in December last, and the great risk thereby incurred and loss of life at sea.
