HC Deb 29 June 1893 vol 14 cc356-7
MR. H. LEWIS (Flint, &c.)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether a labour correspondent for North Wales has been appointed; and whether he is aware that, in The Labour Gazette for the month of June, out of 3,776 lines of printed matter only one line (which contains an inaccurate statement) relates to North Wales?

THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE (Mr. MUNDELLA, Sheffield, Brightside)

The question of appointing a local correspondent for North Wales is still under consideration. As regards the second paragraph of the hon. Member's question, there are four references to North Wales in the June number of The Labour Gazette, and if the hon. Member will inform me of which he complains I will cause inquiry to be made.
