I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is the case that the Earl of Ranfurly and Captain Clark-Kennedy are to be removed from holding the Commission of the Peace for their respective counties; and for what cause are these gentlemen to be removed?
