HC Deb 16 June 1893 vol 13 cc1196-7
MR. HOZIER (Lanarkshire, S.)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Government propose to proceed with the Suspensory Bill for the Church of Scotland, or to adopt instead the Disestablishment Bill of the hon. Member for the College Division of Glasgow?

MR. W. E. GLADSTONE

I can only repeat the answer which I have been obliged to give on several occasions, that we can give no further intimation of our views and intentions with regard to what I may call the Queen's Speech Bills until further and effectual progress has been made with the Government of Ireland Bill.
