§ DR. AMBROSE (Louth, S.)I beg to ask the Postmaster General if the Postal Authorities are paying rent at present for two post offices in the town of Drogheda; and why the premises in West Street, obtained in August last, have not been altered and repaired to suit the requirements for which they were taken by his Department?
§ THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. A. MORLEY, Nottingham, E.)The answer to the first paragraph is in the affirmative. I regret that there has been some delay in carrying out the necessary alterations, but I am informed that the plans have now been approved, and that tenders will be invited without delay.
