§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OP TRADE (Mr. MUNDELLA, Sheffield, Brightside)The Board of Trade have received a telegram from the Railway Company to the following effect:—
Brass on outside rod on engine got broken; train could only proceed five miles from Tralee, and had to wait until another engine was sent from junction; a delay of several hours; no person can be blamed, and no accident beyond this.
