HC Deb 27 February 1893 vol 9 c441
SIR M. HICKS-BEACH (Bristol, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will cause a Return to be prepared showing the rateable value of, and the number of, electors in each of the constituencies in the first Schedule of the Bill for the amendment of the government of Ireland; and whether he will arrange, if possible, that it shall be in the hands of hon. Members before the Second Reading of the Bill is entered upon?

MR. J. MORLEY

I have already promised to lay on the Table before the Second Reading of the Bill a Return giving most of the particulars the right hon. Baronet desires. I do not think there will be any difficulty in adding the others he has mentioned. I will certainly do my best.
