*SIR U. KAY-SHUTTLEWORTHYes, Sir; such a Memorial was received in December from the Oban Town Council. I can only repeat the reply which was sent to them—namely, that the Memorial will be taken into consideration if necessity should arise for increasing the number of boys' training ships.
