BUXTON,) Tower Hamlets, PoplarSome delay has occurred in obtaining from Malta some evidence which was required in support of the Protestant case, but it is hoped that the case may be beard before the close of the present sittings of the Judicial Committee, over whose proceedings, of course, the Secretary of State has no control.
