§ * MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe only change during the year 1893 is that such retired officers of the Medical 264 Staff as are liable to recall to duty in case of emergency have had the new titles conferred upon them which were bestowed on full-pay officers by the Warrant of 1891.
