FOSTERThe Local Government Board have received from the Secretary of State the Returns furnished to him by the Coroners as to Deaths from Starvation and Deaths accelerated by Privation in the year 1892, and the Board have been in communication with the Boards of Guardians with reference to cases included in these Returns, for the purpose of appending the observations required by the Order of the House. The Return will be issued very shortly.
