CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe Commissioners of Chelsea Hospital have awarded the whole of the additional grant of £5,000 a year for special campaign pensions; and the actual payment of the pensions will be made very shortly; 381 applicants have been thus provided for, and 571 cases are held over for consideration next year.
