GOURLEY (Sunderland)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether a fresh survey has been made by British naval officers of the approaches as well as the inside of Ferrol Harbour, 1018 in conjunction with or independent of Spanish officers; and can he state how far the result of the new survey corresponds with, or differs from, the chart in use, at the point where the Howe stranded?
