§ *MR. T. H. BOLTON (St. Pancras, N.)In regard to my notice to move an Instruction to the Committee on this Bill to insert clauses giving effect to an agreement for the erection of a bridge across the railway between Gospel Oak and Hampstead Heath stations, I have to say it will be unnecessary to trouble the House with the matter, because the Railway Company have now taken a different view of their responsibility in connection with the matter; the parties have been before the Chairman of Ways and Means, and as a result the whole question has by consent been referred to arbitration.
