HC Deb 13 April 1893 vol 11 c188
*MR. T. H. BOLTON (St. Pancras, N.)

In regard to my notice to move an Instruction to the Committee on this Bill to insert clauses giving effect to an agreement for the erection of a bridge across the railway between Gospel Oak and Hampstead Heath stations, I have to say it will be unnecessary to trouble the House with the matter, because the Railway Company have now taken a different view of their responsibility in connection with the matter; the parties have been before the Chairman of Ways and Means, and as a result the whole question has by consent been referred to arbitration.
