§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThese letters were only brought to my knowledge by the question of the hon. and gallant Member. I do not think they are worthy of attention. There is no occupation of which evil cannot be said by discontented persons. The best practical reply is that as many recruits for the Army are obtained as are required.
