BRYCEI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Scotch Universities' Commissioners 1291 have yet presented to Her Majesty their Report relating to the subject of Theological Tests in the Scotch Universities, which it is understood was settled by them some time ago; and, if so, when that Report will be printed and circulated?
