§ MR. A. J. BALFOURIt is true the Committee discussion of the Bill was not actually finished last night; but, as the hon. Gentleman knows, practically all the controversial part of the Bill was concluded, and I hope the Bill will pass through Committee in a few minutes this or next week. It is but the fag end of the Bill that remains to be disposed of, but I cannot pledge myself now as to when it will be taken.
