That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the South Kensington and Paddington Subway Bill to insert clauses in the Bill providing either (1) for payment to the Local Authority of a Royalty or share of earnings after interest on capital and working expenses; or (2) for specially reduced fares on certain trains, the Subway Company being required to run a specified number of such trains daily,"—(Mr. T.
