That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the Central London Railway Bill to

insert clauses in the Bill providing either (1) for payment to the Local Authority of a Royalty or share of earnings after interest on capital and working expenses; or (2) for specially reduced fares on certain trains between hours most convenient for the working classes and for clerks and others engaged in business, the Railway Company being required to run a specified number of trains daily,"—(Mr. T.
