Motion made, and Question, That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the Central London Railway Bill to insert clauses in the Bill providing either (1) for payment to the Local Authority of a Royalty or share of earnings after interest on capital and working expenses; or (2) for specially reduced fares on certain trains between hours most convenient for the working classes and for clerks and others engaged in business, the Railway Company being required to run a specified number of trains daily,"—(Mr. T.
