§ MR. GOSCHENThe sum of £300,000, borrowed from the Post Office Savings Bank Fund under the Imperial Defence Act, 1888, has, since the date of the account from which the hon. Member probably quotes, been turned into an annuity, which is payable on April 1 during its currency.
