HC Deb 25 June 1891 vol 354 c1436
MR. A. O'CONNOR (Donegal, E.)

I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer why no annuity has yet been granted in respect of the £300,000 advanced by the National Debt Commissioners from the Post Office Savings Banks Funds, under" The Imperial Defence Act, 1888?"

MR. GOSCHEN
