§ *(5.35.) MR. JOHNSTON (Belfast, S.)This is a simple Bill of two clauses to alter the dates for revising the burgess rolls in Dublin and Belfast. It provides facilities not now in existence in Ireland. It is agreed to by the Government, and has received the sanction of hon. Gentle- 1364 men opposite. I move the Second Reading.
