(in the absence of Sir J. EERGUSSON) postponed a question to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can explain why Papers, numbered 6,136 and 6,137, of this Session (Miscellaneous, Nos. 2 and 3), referring to the Missions of the Duke of Norfolk, &c., which were laid upon the Table of the House about April, have not been printed and circulated?
