§ THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. JACKSON,) Leeds, N.As I promised, I have made inquiry about the hours of labourers, &c, at Kingstown and Howth Harbours, and I find that there will be no difficulty in so arranging the work that the men will in future have a Saturday half-holiday.
