HC Deb 20 April 1891 vol 352 c930
MR. KNOX

I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether he can now say whether any arrangement can be made with the Great Northern Railway Company of Ireland for an improved postal service between Cavan and Clones?

MR. RAIKES

Steps are being taken to ascertain for what payment the Great Northern Railway Company of Ireland would provide a night mail service by train in both directions between Clones and Cavan. As soon as this information is received, I shall be in a position to deal with the matter.
