MACARTNEY (Antrim, S.)I had intended to ask the President of the beard of Trade what are the Salmon Fisheries Acts and the sections thereof relating to the placing of gratings in watercourses, millraces, or other channels for conveying water for working mills; and whether there are any special provisions relating to mills worked by turbines; and, if so, if he will state the Acts and sections containing these special provisions?
